1. Age Requirement and Parental Responsibility

WondaKid is intended for children between the ages of 3 and 10. The app may only be used under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the app; and
• You provide consent for your child to use WondaKid.

You are fully responsible for your child’s use of the app and for ensuring that the app is used appropriately.

2. Account Creation

All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We may request information to verify parental status where reasonably necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WondaKid for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm children or interfere with the app’s operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in WondaKid, including stories, illustrations, audio, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of WondaKid after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless otherwise required by the laws of the country in which you reside.
